A cruise search you can trust, and a person on the end of it
Touris.net was built on a simple observation: online cruise booking engines are excellent at showing you what exists, and poor at telling you whether it is right. So we do both — an honest search here, and a specialist to talk it through before you commit.
What we do
We are an independent cruise agency. We do not own ships, we do not operate voyages, and we do not sell our own inventory. What we do is search the market — more than sixty operators and a thousand-plus ocean and river vessels — find the sailings that fit your dates, budget and party, and then book them with the operator on your behalf.
The website exists so you can do the browsing part yourself, at whatever hour suits, with real itineraries and real cabin grades rather than a lead-capture form. When something catches your eye, you send an enquiry and a specialist takes it from there.
Why there is no “book now” button
This is deliberate. Cruise fares move constantly, cabin inventory is released and held back in ways no public feed reflects accurately, and the difference between a good booking and a frustrating one is usually a detail no checkout ever asks about — which deck, which side, whether the dining time works with your excursion, whether the drinks package is worth it for how you actually travel.
A five-minute conversation resolves all of that. An online checkout resolves none of it, and then charges a change fee when you discover the problem. So we quote, you decide, and nothing is payable until you say so.
How we are paid
The operating cruise line pays us a commission when a booking completes. You pay the same fare you would pay booking direct — we add no booking fee, no service charge and no admin fee. Where a line offers onboard credit, a reduced deposit, a loyalty rate or a group allocation, we apply it as a matter of routine rather than on request.
How we work
Four commitments we will not trade away
These are the ones that cost us money in the short term and earn the repeat bookings in the long one.
We are paid by the cruise line, not by you
Our commission comes from the operator once a booking completes. That means our quote matches the line's own fare, and there is no incentive for us to inflate anything. If a cheaper cabin does the job, we will tell you.
We compare across the whole market
We hold no exclusive allocation and no preferred-partner quota. Every quote starts from the same question: which ship, on which date, at which grade, is genuinely the best fit for this traveller?
One person owns your booking
You are given a named consultant with a direct line. They handle the quote, the booking, the amendments and the documents. You never explain your trip twice.
We do not take your money online
Every cruise on this website leads to an enquiry, not a checkout. Payment is arranged directly with the operating cruise line under its own financial protection, once you have a written quote you are happy with.
